OPC Fall Coaches/Managers,

 

OPC U11 - U19 Teams:

The registration for the OPC Fall  2025 season for our U11-U19 teams will open on July 11th.. Below is a general timeline for the season as well as the registration link.  The league fee is $310 per team.  Referees will still be paid at the fields by the home team.

Registration open from July 11th - August 12th 

Final schedule by mid- August

First play weekend - September 6th

The rescheduling vetting period  is to help you align your season with what works best for your team without any complex, field, or referee penalties.  As with all reschedules, you must contact your opponent and get agreement to move a game before submitting a Reschedule JotForm, even during this vetting period.   

Please follow our reschedule process in order to get your games moved from their current scheduled date to the desired date:

1. Contact the opposing team and agree on a new date/time/ for the game.
2. Complete the online reschedule "jot"form 
 - click here.  

3. You will get a confirmation email from Jotform regarding your submission
4. OPC staff will review field availability based on the reschedule request and make the change to the schedule.
5. If there is no field availability, an OPC staff member will contact you to inform you that we can't make the requested change and will give suggestions on how to resolve the matter.
